Holidays are: Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, Modernism Weeks, White Party, Coachella Music Festival, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Leather and Gay Pride Weeks, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. Changes to your reservation will be considered a cancellation and new booking.Ĭancellations made 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the Advance Payment (deposit.) Cancellations made less than 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the Advance Payment (deposit.)Ĭancellations made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the Advance Payment (deposit.) Cancellations made less than 14 days of arrival will result in a forfeiture of the advance payment. Early departures constitute a cancellation. The balance of the stay will be charged upon arrival using the same credit card as the advance payment. Reservations require a one night Advance Payment (deposit). Arrivals after 5:00pm are “self check-in.” Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed, but will be accommodated when possible. All rates are subject to a 12.5% local government room tax.Ī $16.00 per day resort fee covers all hotel amenities.Ĭheck-in time is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm daily.
